Our chef Jonny loves cooking mouth-watering food for big groups to share. Healthy and nutritious, this vegetarian menu has a focus upon the quality and locality of produce, the process of preparation and cooking, and a deft and inventive approach to flavour combinations.

Taking influence from around the world, in particular Puglian, Southern Thai and Malaysian, Syrian and Welsh cuisines, each meal will relate to the day’s activities thematically and philosophically, and will go far beyond mere sustenance, bringing us together in the most traditional and wholesome way: around a table laden heavy with moreish delectables and hearty scran.
